Cancellation Policy

Canceling/Rescheduling Appointment: Life happens! Please let us know ahead of time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment preferably 24 hours in advance. If cancelling same day of your scheduled appointment - Please reach out directly to make therapist aware of cancellation. As a courtesy, automated appointment reminders via text, email, and/or phone call may be sent a day prior to scheduled appointment. Clients are responsible for managing their appointments regardless of reminder delivery. By booking an appointment with Spa Day With Gwen, clients must agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.
